Base on the powerful strength of producing molds, Wellgain (Wuxi) specialize in R&D home electrical products, electronic products and automobile parts as well as cooperation with world 500 strong.
A. Wellgain (Wuxi) possesses a series of standards and criteria of international motor industry.
Germany VW TL DIN, MAZDA MES, GM EDS, relevant standards and criteria of Canada and Japan etc.
B. Tooling Design & fabrication: we have more than 50 precision machines from Switzerland, Germany, and Japan, also complete with Inspection Equipments. Such as: RODERS RFM 1000/2, AGIE AGIECUT CLASSIC 3S, AGIE AGIETRON ADWANCE3, MORISEIKI HITECH TF2000BT and so on.
C. Precision Injection parts: we have nearly 100 precision injection molding machines from 10 tons to 3000 tons, possessing strong ability of injection manufacturing and processing which are almost the famous brands both internal and abroad. Mainly use Toshiba and Mitsubishi injection molding machines including 3000tons, 2500tons, 1400tons and many double color machines which could meet different requirements of different customers, providing high quality and perfect service.
D. Precision Die-Casting and stamping: Possessing 11 die-casting machines from 80 to 800 tons and at least 20 high-speed precision stamping machines from 40 to 800 tons which could separately or continuously stamp. Having the capability of second process for many kinds of die-casting and stamping parts.
E. Wellgain (Wuxi) has the Synthesizing R&D capacity of automotive parts.
